Position Overview:
As a Life Insurance Agent with Globe Life, you’ll be responsible for identifying and helping clients find the best life insurance policies to meet their needs. This is a commission-only role, meaning your income is directly tied to your performance—the more you sell, the more you earn! Key Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance policies to individuals and families, providing them with customized solutions based on their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and service.
- Generate leads through a combination of warm prospects, referrals, and networking efforts.
- Conduct phone or virtual consultations with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to better serve your clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- No prior insurance experience required—training is provided! (Experience in sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Comfortable with using technology (phone, email, virtual meetings, etc.) to connect with clients and manage your workflow.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and set your own goals.
- Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid Life Insurance License (we can assist with licensing support if needed).
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ambition to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
