As a Remote Sales Agent at Globe Life, you will help individuals and families find the best life insurance policies to meet their needs, while earning uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities:

• Sell customized life insurance policies to individuals and families based on their needs and budgets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing support and service.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and warm prospects.

• Conduct virtual or phone consultations with potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend suitable policies.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

• Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• No prior insurance experience required – full training provided! Sales experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a commission-based role.

• Comfortable using technology (phone, email, virtual meetings) to connect with clients and manage your workflow.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and set your own goals.

• Must be able to obtain or hold a valid Life Insurance License (licensing assistance available).
