The Future Leader Trainee (FLT) position is designed for motivated individuals eager to step into leadership roles within the organization. As a core part of AO’s leadership development program, this role offers extensive training and real-world experience across various business disciplines. The primary goal is to fully prepare candidates for leadership positions by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to become successful managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Top Executives: Learn the daily operations of the company by shadowing experienced executives and gaining valuable insights.

• Increase Responsibility Gradually: Take on more significant responsibilities over time, including making decisions and solving challenges under guidance.

• Leadership Practice: Assist in leading teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to foster a productive work environment.

• Skill Development: Build interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective team management and leadership.
