The Manager-in-Training (MIT) position is intended for aspirational individuals who are motivated to take on leadership roles within the organization. This position is an essential part of AO's leadership development program, which aims to give students extensive training and real-world experience in a variety of business disciplines. The ultimate goal is to completely prepare candidates for leadership positions by transferring the abilities, know-how, and proficiency needed to be a successful supervisor.
 

This consists of:

• Working with Top Executives: Learn the subtleties of daily operations from seasoned executives and gain valuable knowledge by observing them.

• Gradual Responsibility Increase: Under supervision, assume progressively more significant responsibilities, such as making decisions and addressing problems.

• Leadership Practice: To foster a productive workplace, assist in leading teams by delegating responsibilities, keeping an eye on performance, and offering helpful criticism.

• Skill Development: Gain the interpersonal and communication abilities required for effective team management and leadership.
