Position Overview:
As a Life Insurance Agent with Globe Life, you will assist clients in choosing the best life insurance policies to fit their needs. This commission-only position means the more you sell, the more you earn! Enjoy the freedom of working from home, with full support from a nationally recognized company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life insurance policies to individuals and families, offering personalized solutions based on their needs and budget.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and care.
• Generate leads through warm prospects, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone or virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend the right plans.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Complete necessary paperwork while adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• No prior insurance experience? No problem! We’ll train you. (Sales experience is a plus!)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable with technology (phone, email, video meetings).
• Able to work independently, set goals, and manage your time effectively.
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid Life Insurance License (we provide support if needed).
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
