We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Manager. This role is designed for those eager to grow within the company and take on management responsibilities. As part of AO's leadership development program, you will receive hands-on experience and training in various aspects of customer service management, preparing you for future leadership roles.
What You'll Do:

- Assist in managing a team by helping with task delegation, performance monitoring, and providing feedback.

- Develop essential leadership skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, to effectively manage and support your team.
