Junior Customer Service Manager

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Manager. This role is designed for those eager to grow within the company and take on management responsibilities. • Assist in managing a team by helping with task delegation, performance monitoring, and providing feedback.

• Develop essential leadership skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, to effectively manage and support your team.
• Learn the tools and techniques necessary for success in customer service management.
